FAQs
How Far in advance should I place my order?
We have no set time frame for placing orders, we will always try our best to accommodate enquiries but please be aware we are only a small team of 2 and can only take on so much per date. Popular dates can fill up far in advance so we always recommend to book with as much notice as possible. Our diary for celebration orders is open for bookings upto 24th December 2024.
Our wedding Cake diary is open until the end of 2025.

All collected orders should be transported flat in a cool vehicle, the best place being the footwell or boot. Cakes must not be placed on a car seat!

All orders are confirmed with a deposit payment, until this is received no order is booked.
Payment is taken via an email invoice, this should be paid by the due date to secure your space. Once invoices are overdue these spaces maybe given to another customer and your order request voided. Payment of the invoice is acceptance of the cancellation T&Cs outlined below and stated on the invoice. All Deposits are non-refundable.
